• Subscription-based access to B2B and B2C marketing data

Browsing the Site is free. Account registration and payment are required to place orders or subscribe.

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organization. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach

• Fees are as displayed on the Site at purchase time.
• Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, ACH transfers, and others listed on the Site.
• Late payments incur interest of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all sales are final.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan.
